CPE-135A is a high molecular elastomeric material obtained by chlorination and polymer modification of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Depending on the degree of chlorination, it can range from rubber-like to hard plastic properties. CPE-135A is widely recognized as an excellent plastic modifier and serves as a permanent plasticizer for rigid PVC products.
