⚙️Brief Introduction:

PVC Foaming Regulator (ACR) is a super high molecular weight polymer, developed using advanced emulsion polymerization technology from acrylate ester monomers at low temperature. It is specially designed for foamed PVC applications, helping to promote fusion of PVC compounds, enhance melt strength, and stabilize cell structure during foaming.

It is widely used in:

  •  Advertising boards
  • Highly filled foamed profiles
  • Bath cabinet boards
  • Dense boards and super-thick boards
  • WPC products and building templates
  • Foam sheets, foam shoes, foam decorative materials
  • PVC profiles, pipes, and sheets
